• Our online booking system automatically calculates the price and handles payment deadlines. You can view your booking confirmation, details and status online at any time.
  
  
• To secure the booking, guests must pay 20% of the cost of the  in advance, no later than 14 days after the booking request. This secures and confirms your booking.
  
  
• Please make sure you are available to arrive on the relevant dates before requesting a booking. You can cancel your booking at any time, but the advance payment is non-refundable. (Most travel insurance policies should cover this in case of illness.)
  
  
• The remaining 80% of the cabin cost, as well as all additional costs such as cleaning, boats, and bed linen, must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. We will send you a reminder in advance.
  
  
• We accept major credit/debit cards or bank transfers.
  
  
• All additional services you use during your stay will be charged separately and must be paid before your departure.
